LOL...we are too old Murph! Yep, we're part of the old fart brigade that still remembers major fights on prime time major network TV................and have a hell of a time getting the younger crowd to believe ABC,NBC, and CBS aired boxing |

LOL...and that the shows were good! LOL, yes indeed. Also that Closed Circuit, unlike the majority of todays PPV's, was reserved for fights that were too big to be on simple Network or HBO telecasts, not fights that were rejected by them and fled to PPV. You didn't want to miss it because there might not be another one for an entire year or more. |
